Mr. Forrester specializes in arranging project financing for companies looking to raise $1 million to $500 million. Mr. Forrester is President and CEO of First National Consulting, LLC whose objective is to assist companies prepare for raising money and locating capital for business expansion. Prior to relocating to Sarasota, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Mr. Forrester is also active in commercial and residential real estate and has written two books on investment and leasing ( www.medwayrealty.com ).
Mr. Forrester started and built several successful companies in the leasing, computer and surveillance technology industry. He co-founded First National Capital and served as its President and CEO. As President and CEO of First National Capital, he built sales from $0 to $56 million. INC Magazine rated First National Capital the 42nd fastest growing privately held company in the U.S., and number one in Michigan. Mr. Forrester raised over $45 million of private equity from over 800 individual and corporate investors and arranged lease financing for over $300 million of equipment that involved more than 50 different investment projects.

Dr. Lewis is responsible for Investor Development and Project Research for First National Consulting. She has extensive practical management experience in all aspects of sales and marketing. She was previously employed by AT&T where she held positions in sales, market and product management.
Dr. Lewis has successfully completed consulting engagements for many firms such as AT & T, Augat Automotive, Coors, Crain Communication, FedEx, Kmart, KPMG, Lincoln Electric, Lucent Technologies and Taco Bell involving a wide range of sales and marketing issues. She has also worked with many public sector clients, including the Rehabilitation Services Administration, the Vocational Rehabilitation TACE centers (Technical Assistance and Continuing Education), and many state Vocational Rehabilitation agencies.
She serves as a research consultant to the Public Performance and Management Group (PPM), Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, Georgia State University where she has been the lead researcher on over 200 research projects. These projects are undertaken on behalf of PPM’s clients and focus on customer and/or employee issues. As a former Professor of Marketing, at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Lewis has authored a number of scholarly journal articles and numerous conference proceedings.
